Low sulfur phosphorus bearing steel (S ≤ 0.015%, P ≤ 0.025%) is used, and a two-stage treatment of "isothermal quenching+low-temperature tempering" is adopted. The surface hardness reaches HRC62-65, and the hardness uniformity is ≤ 3HRC.

Can adapt to environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 200 ℃, maintaining stable performance even under acidic and alkaline concentrations ≤ 5%, with a service life of over 8000 hours, and no cracks or deformations after 500 drop hammer impact tests.
