Feige Steel ball packaging is based on "rust prevention as the core and sealing as the foundation", customized solutions for different materials and scenarios, comprehensively solving problems of rust prevention, moisture resistance, scratch resistance, and collision prevention.
Before packaging, the carbon steel balls are cleaned and cleaned with ultrasonic technology, dried with hot air (moisture content ≤ 0.05%), coated with anti rust oil, and precision steel balls undergo special anti rust treatment. The core protection adopts "gas-phase rust prevention+multiple sealing": carbon steel balls are wrapped in gas-phase rust prevention paper, and desiccants are added in high humidity environments; The precision steel ball is fixed with a groove partition box, which provides more precise anti scratch protection.
