Changzhou Feige Steel Ball Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1989, is a professional manufacturer focus on producing high precision steel balls. Our main products are chrome steel balls, stainless steel balls, carbon steel balls. The factory is covers an area of 18, 000 square meters, located in changzhou China. In the middle of Shanghai-Nanjing expressway, merely 150 kilometers away from Shanghai, which is quite convenient for transportation and visiting.

At present, our company has more than 100 employees, including 30 professional technicians, with an annual output of 1 trillion steel balls. Dedicated to providing affordable and reliable quality products to all customers. There are covers 423 sets of professional steel ball production equipment and more than 100 sets of various professional steel ball testing equipment, to make ensure the best quality and long life of steel balls. FeiGe is delicated to constantly improving quality control system to ensure that we supply high level of steel ball products to our customers. We have a completelly production process: From Raw Material→ Wire Drawing→ Head Colding→ Flashing→ Heat Treatment→ Hard Grinding→ Roller Sorting→ Lapping 1/2→ Camera Sorting→ Final Inspection→ Packaging.

All the production processes are make independently in the factory to ensure the quality of each process is controlled, and guaranteed.

At Changzhou Feige Steel Ball Co., Ltd, Before packing process, steel balls are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer. Our sophisticated laboratory is equipped with high precision. Worldwide respected machines and equipment and is managed by properly trained and qualifled personnel.

We exported to more than 50 countries and regions around the world in the past 30 years.
